K型碲钨矿结构化合物的合成及表征

摘要: 目前的研究表明:钨青铜型结构的材料性能十分优异,碲钨矿的结构更加独特,在材料学上的应用是值得探索的,但现发现的天然碲钨矿十分稀少,因此对其进行合成有重要的意义。基于此,利用固相合成法进行了K型碲钨矿结构化合物的合成,并利用 XRD、SEM、TC-DTA 等对其进行了一系列表征,结论如下:1)K型碲钨矿1/2H2O、TeO2、WO3;为原料在650C 下保温3d;2)K型钨矿结构化的合成条件是以分析纯化学试剂 K2CO3·合物与天然磅钨矿结构完全一致,精修后的晶胞参数为a=7.2651(4)A,b=25.7980(14)A,c=3.8182(2)A,α=β=γ=90°,V=716,斜方晶系,空间群 pban;3)K 型确钨矿结构化合物有超过 800C的热分解温度,热稳定性良好。

Abstract: The material properties of tungsten bronze type structure are very good. The structure of tewiteis more unique and its scientific application is worth exploring, but the natural tewite is very rare, so itssynthesis is important. In the study, pure-phase K-type tewite structure compounds were synthesized:XRD, SEM,TC-DTA, etc. were used to characterize the resulting materials. The conclusions are as follows: 1) The synthesis conditions of K-type tewite are 1/2H2O、TeO2、WO3WO were used as raw
materials and kept at 650 °C for 3 days by solid-phase synthesis method; 2) The K-type tewite structurecompound is completely consistent with the natural tellurite structure , and the refined unit cell parametersare: a =7.265 1(4)A,b = 25.798 0( 14)A,c =3.818 2(2)A,c=3.8182(2)A,α=β=γ=90°,V=716,,orthorthombic, space group pban; 3) K-type tewite structure compound has a thermal decomposition tempera.ture of over 800 C , and the thermal stability is good.
