Abstract: It is an important to tell China's stories well in ideological and political courses in the new era.As to realize the Chinese Dream of national rejuvenation, education on the history of revolution inYunnanProvince plays an indispensable role. To implement the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's remarksduring his tour in Yunnan in the ideological and political education in Yunnan's universities and colleges ,it is necessary and significant to tell stories about the local history of revolution in Yunnan Province. Inthe teaching practice, we should stay true to our original aspiration and mission of the Communist Party,try to be one member of the new generation with entrepreneurship and make contribution to develop ourcountry. We aim to improve teachers' professional skills in carry out education campaign on the history ofrevolution and impart the traditions from revolutionary times to our students through the ideological andpolitical courses.
