Abstract:  China has entered a new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics. With the continuous im-provement of national economy and rapid development of colleges and universities, the infrastructure construction of colleges and universities has also increased. The infrastructure construction of major collegesand universities is large in scale, great in number and urgent in time. The situation of infrastructure development in colleges and universities and the problems of corruption emerged wherein have posed severechallenges. Through the analysis of both the common and specific features in developing infrastructure incolleges and universities , this paper suggests to highlight the roles of discipline inspection division before,in and after discipline inspection and auditing, the function of early warning and response mechanisms,and the implementation of rules and principles in inspection and audit, so as to prevent and reduce cor-ruption problems in infrastructure construction.
