Abstract:

Strengthening teachers' professional ethics is the requirement of China's education developmentin the new era. In view of the shortcomings in strengthening teachers' professional ethics and the charac-teristics of teachers and students of art majors in higher vocational colleges, this paper proposes tostrengthen the education of ideals and beliefs and the study of political theory , input “ideological and po-litical educationin course teaching, promote teachers' sense of discipline, create an inclusive academicatmosphere, and formulate a scientific and effective evaluation methods and reward and punishment mechanisms.
