Abstract: We are now in the transition of effective alignment of poverty alleviation with rural revitaliza.tion. This article takes the poverty alleviation practice of Fengke Town, Yulong County, Yunnan Provinceas an example to think over the methods for the effective alignment of poverty alleviation with rural revitalization. This article argues that we need to improve the dynamic monitoring and assistance mechanism foipreventing poverty based on the experience of poverty alleviation. People in rural areas are supposed toplay the major role in implementing rural development action, formulating village planning scientificallyadiusting measures to local conditions and promote rural revitalization step by step.
