摘要: 针对某集团公司二厂区中水酸水产出量和接收量难于调度的问题,设计一种中水酸水管网平衡实时监视方法并应用。该方法通过基于OLEforProcessControl的实时数据采集技术,把中水酸水产出端化工系统各个工艺的中水酸水重点参数、中水酸水接收处理端污水处理系统中的设备运行关键指标进行实时数据采集和实时组态,采用实位号和虚拟位号相结合的方法,对产出端和接收端的参数进行集成,通过Web发布进行集中监视。对不同平台、基于ProgrammableLogicController和DistributedControlSystem系统的参数进行了实时数据采集,并统一集成,实现信息共享和中水酸水管网平衡,提高了企业数字化和信息化管理水平。

Abstract: Aiming at the problem that is difficult to dispatch the output and reception of reclaimed water and acid water in the second plant area of a group company , a real-time monitoring method for the balance of reclaimed water and acid water pipeline network is designed and implemented. 'This method,based on the real-time data acquisition technology of OLE for Process Control is used to collect the real-time data of the key parameters of water and acid water in each process of the chemical system at the outlet of reclaimed water and acid water , and the key indicators of equipment operation in the sewage treatment system at the receiving and receiving end. The real-time configuration adopts the method of combining the real and virtual tag numbers to integrate the parameters of the output end and the receiving end,and publish them through the web centralized monitoring. 'The real-time data acquisition of parameters based on Programmable Logic Controller and Distributed Control System of different platforms is carried out,and unified integration is adopted to realize information sharing and balance of reclaimed water and acid water pipe net-work ,which improves the level of enterprise digitalization and information management.
