某公司技术改造项目电控系统的设计

摘要: 结合目前医药、烟草等流程行业主流的电气控制系统 PLC和 DCS 的特点,在某司电控系统改造项目中,提出了总体设计配置2套电气控制系统的设计思路,形成从传感器、执行器、控制器到上位机,自下而上的全集成自动化架构:经实际应用验证,其完全满足项目的技术要求,为企业节约了成本。

关键词: 可编程逻辑控制器, 分布式计算机控制系统:电控系统

Abstract: This paper combines the characteristics of the curent electrical control systems PLC and DCSin the pharmaceutical, tobacco and other process industries. In a company's electrical control systemtransformation project, it proposes the overall design and configuration of two sets of electrical control system, forming a bottom-up fully integrated automation architecture including sensor , actuator and control.ler and host computer. Through the actual application verification, the design fully meets the technical requirements of the project, which can save costs for the enterprise.
