传动轴的设计方法与步骤探讨

摘要: 机器由机架、传动轴、检测装置、支腿等零部件组成。传动轴是机器的核心,机器能否顺利运行取决于传动轴设计的合理性,在传动轴的设计过程中,除了考虑轴本身,还应该考虑与轴连接的其它零部件的合理性,在设计时以设计输入为依据综合考虑确定轴的刚度、强度及与轴连接的零部件的固定方式等。以托盘码分机传动轴的实际设计过程为例,简要介绍了传动轴的设计方法和步骤,并提出在传动轴的结构设计、强度、刚度计算以及绘制传动轴过程中应注意的问题。

Abstract: A machine consists of frame , transmission shaft, detection device , leg and some other parts. Asthe core of the machine, transmission shaft accounts a lot for the operation of machines. In designing thetransmission shaft, the rationality of the shaft itself and other parts connected should also be considered. Inthe design process, the stiffness, strength of the shaft and the fixation mode of the parts connected with theshaft should be comprehensively considered based on the design input. Taking the design process of theransmission shaft of the pallet code extension as an example, this paper briefly introduces the method andsteps of designing the transmission shaft , and puts forward the problems that should be paid attention to indesigning the structure, calculating strength , rigidity as well as drawing of the transmission shaft.
