乐丰煤矿采动变形对沪昆铁路三联隧道影响分析

Analysis on the Influence of Mining Deformation in Lefeng Coal Mine on Shanghai - Kunming Railway Triple Tunnel

摘要: 沪昆铁路三联隧道从宣成市瑞峰恒矿产品有限公司乐丰煤矿东侧外围 703 m 处的地下通过,煤矿开采后的采动变形是否会对三联隧道的安全造成影响,既是铁路运行安全的需要,亦关系到乐丰煤矿的生死存亡从采矿学、隧道结构力学的角度,采用有限元分析方法,利用 ANSYS R18 软件计算了乐丰煤矿C,煤层开采后隧道村砌结构的水平位移量、竖直位移量,并对隧道衬砌结构的弯矩、轴力、安全系数等关键数据进行校核,确定乐丰煤矿 C;煤层开采后,沪昆铁路三联隧道是安全的。

Abstract:

Shanghai-Kunming railway triple tunnel passes underground 703 m from the eastern peripheryof Lefeng coal mine of Xuanwei Ruifengheng Mineral Products Co. , LTD. The deformation of miningmatters not only safety of railway operation, but also the sustainability of Lefeng coal mine. This articlecalculates the horizontal displacement and vertical displacement of tunnel lining structure after miningLefeng C3 coal seam through ANSYS R18 based on finite element analysis method from the perspective ofmining principles and tunnel structure mechanics. It also checks some factors such as bending moment.axial force, and safety factor check. After securing Lephone C3 coal seam mining, it is safe to exploitShanghai-Kunming railway triple tunnel.
