摘要/Abstract

摘要： 介绍了云南省第三次全国国土调查综合管理系统的设计思路和框架以及软件开发方法，该系统以 B/S结构、MVC框架、HTMI5语言、CSS3 样式、JavaScript 和国密加密算法为开发基础，集成了 PostgreSOL数据库支撑，将“三调”工作中的作业单位、监理单位、质检作业单位、质检牵头部门和管理部门，通过工作业务流程紧密衔接起来，实现了“三调”质检工作信息化管理和服务。

Abstract:

This paper introduces the design ideas, framework and software development method of theThird National Land Survey comprehensive management system in Yunnan Province. The system is basedon B/S structure, MVC framework , HTML5 language, CSS3 style , JavaScript and national encryption al-gorithm , integrates the PostgreSOL database support, and through the close integration of working units.supervision units,quality inspection units, quality inspection lead departments and management depart-ments in the Third National Land Surveying procedure to achieve the informationization of the managementand service.
