昆明市第三水质净化厂提质增效分析

摘要: 分析昆明市第三水质净化厂2017年运行情况,计算水厂执行《昆明市城镇污水处理厂主要水污染物排放限值》A级、B级排放限值对N、P等污染物削减量,得出昆明市第三水质净化厂执行A级排放标准在2017年污染物削减的基础上可增加TN削减量32786t,增加TP削减量314t;执行B级排放标准可增加TN削减量2566t,但不能增加总磷的削减量,建议以A级排放限值为该水质净化厂提标目标,并对提高P去除的方法和污水处理系统提质增效措施进行探讨,为水质净化厂提标改造提供参考。

Abstract: ThispaperfocusesonanalyzingtheoperationconditionoftheKunmingNo.3WaterPurificationPlantin217,andcalculatingpollutantreductionsuchasN,P,etc.afterimplementingClass-AandClass-BdischargelimitsipulatedonDischargeLimitsofMajorWaterPollutantsofKunmingMunicipalSewageTreatmentPlant.ItisconcludedthatitcanincreaseamountofTNreduction327.86tandTPreduction3.14tonthebasisofpollutantreductionin2017whileClass-AdischargestandardisimplementedbytheKunmingNo.3WaterPurificationPlant;anditcanincreaseamountofTNreduction25.66twhileimplementingofClass-Bdischargestandard,butitcannotincreaseamountofTPreduction.Therefore,itisadvisedtotakeClass-Adischargelimitastheupgradingtargetofaforementionedwaterpurificationplanthttp: //dict.youdao.com/w/aforementioned/javascript:void(0);.Atthesametime,thepaperdiscussesimprovingmethodsofP-removalandmeasuresforimprovingthequality
