摘要: 随着移动互联网的快速发展,微信公众号已经成为展示学校形象、发布新闻资讯和服务师生员工的重要平台,也是学校宣传的主要阵地和大学生获取信息的重要平台。通过对昆明冶金高等专科学校现有的微信公众平台的WCI值进行统计,笔者发现微信公众平台存在用户活跃度不高、交互性较差、推文质量参差不齐、运营团队建设能力不足,以及校级微信公众平台之间、各类新媒体之间的联动性弱等问题。高职院校微信建设亟需找准平台定位和角色,调研用户微信使用的情况与需求,精准推送优质内容;注重微信公众平台的功能开发,加强与用户的互动,提高用户的粘性;组建专门的运营团队,加强规范管理;并不断推进学校媒体融合建设,才能真正发挥微信公众平台的最大功能,进一步提升校园新媒体传播力、引导力、影响力、公信力和学校宣传思想工作及文化建设水平。

Abstract: WiththerapiddevelopmentofmobileInternet,WeChatpublicplatformhasbecomeanimportantplatform fordisplayingschoolimage,publishingnewsinformationandservingforteachersandstudents,andisalsoamainplatform forschoolpropagandaandanimportantplatform foruniversitystudentstogetinformation.InthestatisticalprocessoftheWCIvalueoftheWeChatpublicplatform,whichiscurrentlyregisteredandrecordedatKunmingMetallurgyCollege.Theresultshowssomeproblemsasfollowing,WeChatpublicplatformuser’sactivityisnothigh,theinteractionwithusersispoor,thequalityoftweetsvarygreatly,operationalteambuildingcapabilitiesisinadequatecapability,aswellas,thecommunicationbetweenschool-levelWechatpublicplatformsandnewtypesofnewmediaisalsoweak.Basedontheabovesituation,Wechatconstructioninhighervocationalcollegeshouldbetargetedthelocalizationandroleaccurately.ThesituationandneedsofWechatuseshouldbeinvestigated,accuratelypushpremiumcontent,payattentiontothedevelopmentofthefunctionsoftheWechatpublicplatform,strengthentheinteractionwithusers,andincreasetheuser’ sstickiness,buildadedicatedoperationteam,strengthenstandardmanagementandcontinuetopromotetheconstructionofschoolmediaintegration,inordertotrulyplaythebiggestfunctionoftheWechatpublicplatform,andfurtherenhancethecampusnewmediadissemination,guidance,influence,credibilityandschoolpropagandaandideologicalworkandthelevelofculturalconstruction.
