机械零件测量误差分类及规避途径

摘要: 在机械零件的测量中,无论是测高、测角还是测螺距,当对同一量进行多次测量时,结果总是有差异,彼此不相等,存在测量误差。测量工作的实践表明,机械零件测量误差的来源与下列因素有关:基准件的误差、测量方法误差、计量器具的误差、测量环境以及测量人员引起的误差。通过对误差来源的分析,寻找有效降低
测量误差的方法和途径,提高测量精度,保证机械零件的利用率。

关键词: 机械零件, 测量误差, 原因, 途径

Abstract: There exist differences and errors when the height,the angle and the pitch ofmechanical parts are measured at different times.The practice shows that the errors result from the following factors:error of the bench mark;error of measuring method;error of measuring instruments;measurement environment and error caused by the measuring staff.Through the analysis of the error sources,this paper finds out ways and methods to reduce the measurement errors to improve the accuracy of the measurement and ensure the utilization of mechanical parts.
