摘要: 近年来,高职生源质量下降、数量锐减,学生差异化现象越来越明显,以教师为主体、一刀切式的传统教学模式已经不能满足当前高职教学要求。分层教学模式能够做到以学生为主体、因材施教,充分发挥学生特长,发掘学生潜力,具有较高的理论价值和推广空间;但分层必须科学、合理,才能取得较好效果。

Abstract: Thereisatendencythatstudentsinhighervocationalcollegearedeclininginqualityanddecreasinginthenumberinrecentyears,andstudentsbecomemoreandmoredifferent.Nowadays,thetraditionalteachingmodecenteringonteachersandits“onesizefitsall”style,hasbeenunabletomeettherequirementsofcurrenthighervocationalteaching.However,hierarchicalteachingmodelcanfocusonstudents,teachstudentsinaccordancewiththeiraptitude,givefullplaytostudents’specialtyandtapthepotentialitiesofstudents.Ithasahighertheoreticalvalueandbiggerpromotionspace.Butthehierarchymustbescientific,reasonableinordertoachievebetterresults.
