工业废渣对混凝土性能的影响

The Effect of Industrial Waste Residue on the Performance of Concrete

摘要:

用粉煤灰、矿渣粉和钢渣粉作为掺合料,替代水泥25%制备C20、C30、C40混凝土,检测了混凝土试样的和易性和抗压强度,结果表明3种掺合料对混凝土和易性均有不同程度的改善,与基准混凝土相比,掺加掺合料的混凝土早期强度有所降低,后期强度增长较快,其中掺钢渣粉混凝土的后期强度增长最快。

Abstract:

The concrete of C20,C30 and C40 were prepared by using fly ash,slag powders and steel slag powders as admixture instead of 25%cement.  The workability and compressive strength of concrete samples were tested;the result showed that  three  kinds of  admixture  have different of imprrovement to workability of concrete.  Comparing with datum concrete,the concrete adding admixture has low early strength and its long-term strength increased rapidly.  The growth of the late strength of concrete with steel slag powder is the fastest.
