摘要:

就业质量作为衡量大学生就业状况的科学评价方式,不仅可以促进大学生自身发展,提高高校人才培养质量,还能优化政府的就业政策。基于问卷调查,围绕楚雄师范学院师范类大学生的背景特征、就业因素的重要程度和影响程度调查进行统计分析,从个体特征因素、社会资本因素和人力资本因素3个维度来探讨各个因素对楚雄师范学院师范类大学生就业质量的影响作用,并进一步提出科学的、有针对性的建议。

Abstract:

The employment quality, as a scientific method to eva luate students' employment,can not only boost the self-development of college students and improve talents-cultivation quality in universities,but also optimize the employment policy from government.  Based on a questionnaire survey to students in Chuxiong Normal University, this paper statistically analyzes the importance and impact of students' background and employment factors,and discusses how the three factors of individual features,social capital and human capital affect the students' employment quality. Then it further puts forward scientific and pertinent suggestions.
