钢筋混凝土拱圈内力分析研究

摘要:

作为大跨径拱桥建设中主要承重结构的钢筋混凝土拱圈,随着拱桥跨径的增加,其在各种荷载作用下内力的变化直接影响工程结构的安全性能。对实验模型进行力学实验,测试拱圈在L/2处施加5kN至13kN集中荷载的应变、基础反力等相关力学数据;在ANSYS软件中建立了与实验模型相对应的有限元模型,模拟了在L/2处施加集中荷载5kN、10kN、13kN时的应力、应变及位移,以及在L/4、L/2和3L/4处同时施加5kN、10kN、13kN时的拱圈的应力、应变及位移。通过对比实验数据和ANSYS中所获取的模拟数据,分析钢筋混凝土拱圈的内力情况,为工程设计及施工提供理论指导建议。

Abstract:

As main structures,reinforced concrete arch has been widely used in constructions of longspan bridge.But with the increase of arch span,the internal forces change under various loads directly affect the safety performance of engineering structures.The mechanics experiment was done byusing a model.The mechanical data of strain and basic counter force were obtained after L/2 of the arch was added from 5kN to13kN concentratedload.The finite element model corresponding to the experiment was established by using the ANSYS software.The stress,strain and displacement of the arch were simulated by added 5kN,10kN and 13knconcentrated load at L/2 of the arch.As well as the stress,strain and displacement of the arch were studied in the L/4,L/2 and 3L/4 added 5kN,10kN and 135kN.The situation of internal forces of reinforced concrete arch was analyzed bycomparing the simulation data obtained in ANSYS and experimental data.It can provide theoretical support for the engineering design and construction proposal.
