Knelson离心选矿机回收锡尾矿中锡石的可行性探讨

A Preliminary Discuss on the Feasibility Approach to the Recovery of Cassiterite from Tailings Using Knelson Concentrator

摘要: 对Knelson离心选矿机的基本分选原理及其在国内外矿山的应用现状进行分析,并结合当前国内外尾矿中锡石的回收现状,以云南个旧某含锡尾矿为例,采用Knelson离心选矿机对锡尾矿中的微细粒锡石进行了初步的试验和探讨,试验结果表明Knelson离心选矿机对锡尾矿中微细粒锡石具有一定的富集效果,离心机精矿中锡的品位和回收率分别为13.6%、58.3%,试验指标要优于摇床重选。

Abstract: In this paper,the applications of the Knelson concentrator at home and abroad and the principle of benefication were presented.According to the recovery status of cassiterite from tin−bearing tailings,taking tin tailings of Yunnan Province as an example,the feasibility approach to applying Knelson concentrator for the recovery of cassiterite in the gravity separation circuit of bearing−tin tailings were discussed and carried out.The result indicated that Knelson concentrator is more efficientthan table concentrator for the recovery of fine−particle cassiterite.The grade and recovery of tin in concentrate are 13.6% and 58.3%.
