民办高校教师绩效管理初探

摘要: 教师绩效管理是学校管理的重要课题,研究教师绩效管理,提升高校的核心竞争力对于民办高校具有重要的现实意义。现有的民办高校教师的绩效管理主要还停留在教师绩效评价阶段。民办高校要可持续发展,必须以战略的角度考虑教师绩效,将战略管理的平衡计分卡(BSC)思想引入教师绩效管理,BSC不仅考虑财务衡量指标还考虑业务性指标,业务性指标是未来财务绩效的驱动器,将绩效管理与学校战略联系在一起,以可持续发展的眼光考虑民办高校绩效管理问题。

Abstract: Educationqualityisthelifelineinprivateuniversities,inwhichlecturersplaythemostessentialroles.Itisofpracticalsignificancetotakelecturersperformancemanagementasanimportantresearchissueinuniversitymanagement,tostudylecturersperformancemanagementandtoenhancethecorecompetitivenessforprivateuniversities.Thepresentstageofperformancemanagementstillrestsonassessment,withnoanysustainabledevelopmentideas.Tokeepafootholdinthesocietyandasustainabledevelopment,performancemanagementmustbestrategicallytakenintoconsiderationinprivateuniversities.Thus,thispaperintroducesabalancedscorecard(BSC)intoperformancemanagement,whichcanhandlenotonlyfinancialperformanceindicator,butalsobusinessindicator.Thebusinessindicatorfunctionsasthedriveoffuturefinancialperformance,linkingperformancemanagementwithuniversitiessustainableandstrategicdevelopment.
