摘要: 随着 AI技术的迅猛发展,尤其是 ChatGPT等智能工具的问世,数智图书馆的服务模式迎来了重大变 革。AI大语言模型在信息检索、智能推荐、自动化参考咨询等方面展现出了巨大潜力,为图书馆服务质量和用 户体验的提升做出了贡献。然而,在实际应用中,AI大语言模型也暴露出相关产品与图书馆馆藏体系兼容性不 足、人机交互体验欠佳、成本与可持续性堪忧、相关版权争议等诸多局限。为此,文章提出了一系列针对性的 短期可行对策,旨在推动数智图书馆的可持续发展,助力图书馆在 AI时代实现服务升级与价值重塑。

Abstract: With the rapid development of AI technology, especially the emergence of intelligent tools like ChatGPT, the service model of smart libraries has undergone significant transformation. AI large language models have shown great potential in areas such as information retrieval, intelligent recommendation, and automated reference consultation, contributing to the improvement of service quality and user experience. However, in practical applications, several limitations have emerged, including insufficient compatibility with library collection systems, poor human-computer interaction experience, concerns over cost and sustainability, and copyright disputes. In response, this paper proposes a series of targeted, short-term feasible measures aimed at promoting the sustainable development of smart libraries, helping libraries achieve service upgrades and value reconstruction in the AI era.
