Underthebackgroundofthe“BeltandRoad” initiate,universitiesandhighervocationalcollegesinYunnanProvinceareactivelycooperatingwithuniversities,collegesandenterprisesinSoutheastAsiancountriestotraininternationallyqualifiedpersonnel.Throughinterview,surveysandliteraturereview,thestudyconcludesfivemainmodesofcrossbordercooperationincultivatingtalentsincollegesinYunnan,namely, “collegeenterprise”, “collegeintermediaryenterprise”, “collegecollege”, “collegeintermediatecollege” and“collegegovernmentcollege”.Themainproblemsofcurrentcrossbordercooperationare:inuniversities,thepracticalskillsofstudentsandtheinternationalizationofteachersneedtobeimproved;inthegovernments,itisnecessarytostrengthenitstopleveldesigntofulfilltheroleof“middleman”,toincreasethefinancialsupportandtoimplementmoreflexiblemanagementmeasurestoservetheinternationalexchangeandcooperationbetweenuniversitiesandcolleges.Toaddresstheexistingproblems,thearticleputsforwardspecificsuggestionsfromtheperspectiveofcollegesandgovernments.
