The coordination development of higher vocational education in different areas is an important part in higher vocational education. From perspective of large region，based on an analysis of four dimenlions:quantity，quality，structure and efficiency，this paper finds that higher vocational education resources in Yunnan province are distributed unbalanced regionally. Central Yunnan has absolute advantagel. There is a big difference for distribution of advanced education resources. Southwest and northwest Yunnan are superior in their optimized faculty structure，while central Yunnan has advantage in vocational major resources，but still distributed intensively. The advantage in west and southwest Yunnan lies in their educational efficiency promotion. For further development，it suggests that central Yunnan should play the leading and demonstrating role and should reinforce intra-regional cooperation，and that it should give assistance to oriented areas in northeast and northwest Yunnan.

The students' employment at higher vocational colleges has always been paid attention to and one of the most important topics to study. The quantity and quality of employmentis closely related to the personnel cultivation model to implement. Based on the perspective of comprehensive evaluation system
in colleges and universities，the research analyzes the students' present employment situation，problems in comprehensive quality assessment and the optimization scheme. Practical training bases are indispensible in higher vocational education，they are positions for cultivating high-quality personnel and irreplaceable for improving teaching quality. With years of continuous investment&construction，campus training bases have had the shape. But the problem of laying stress on construction while less stress on management is quite obvious，resulting in the low utilization rate of these bases. In the 13th Five-Year Plan period，it is urgently needed to pay attention to cultivating highquality technical personnel in the reform of comprehensive quality education at higher vocational colleges.This paper begins with the goal of personnel cultivation in the new era，clarifies the changes of the goal in different periods，points out the problems existing in the comprehensive quality education. College students' legal consciousness and the strong&the weak of legal concept will directly affect the process of socialism legal construction in China. Their legal quality level will ultimately affect the establishment of socialism legal country with Chinese characteristics. A survey of legal quality in several vocational colleges in Yunnan province shows that students' legal quality needs to he improved due to their lack of legal knowledge，weak legal faith and applying the laws improperly. By an analysis of the problems and their causes，this paper suggests providing environment and conditions to improve students' legal quality，starting from the society，their families，colleges，especially college students themselves.

The executive meeting of the state council decided to comprehensively promote the replacing the business tax with value-added tax from May 1 st，2016. Therefore，the business tax was completely withdrawn from the historical arena. For the great tax reform，it is currently urgent for financial staff to face the change. Taking a college in Yunnan as an example，this paper analyzes the college's revenue recognition，tax burden，accounts processing，invoicing，tax authorities and other changes before and after the reform，and makes a contrast of the tax burden between small-scale taxpayers and general taxpayers. Finally，it offers some suggestions about how the college and their financial staff deal with the reform.

In order to explore the occupational orientation of English major studentsof higher vocational colleges，218 students were surveyed with The Self Directed Search(SDS) by John Holland. The results show as follows:1 .students prefer social and regular type of career; 2. the occupational interest，aptitude and preference of students are inconsistent;3 .students of business English，tourism English and secretarial English，either from urban or rural areas，don't differ in their occupational orientation，but factors like gender and grade influence the occupational orientation significantly. The study concludes that the occupational orientation of English major students agrees with the objectives of personnel cultivation in higher vocational education. However, the range of their career choices is limited and they display low achievement motivation and ability evaluation.

The development of information technology and popularity of mobile terminals make it possible to integrate information technology into classroom teaching.
