Abstract: Evidence of production safety accidents plays a fundamental and decisive role in accident in-vestigation, but there is no evidence's rule of production safety accidents that can be directly appliedinpractice. Research on evidence of production safety accidents is relatively weak and the problems ovague object of proof and unclear standard of proof are more prominentin theory. Combined legal practicecases , This paper clarifies the object and standard of proof of safety production accidents , which has greatpositive significance to clarily the direction of safety accident investigation and enhances the operation ofaccident evidence collection.
