Abstract: Thisarticlebrieflyintroducesthebasicprinciplesoffactoranalysismethod.Theexamresultsof18coursesfrom41studentswereconsideredasthevariablesandthenSPSSstatisticalsoftwarewasusedforthefactoranalysisoftheexamresults.Fourcommonfactorswereextracted,includingprofessionalability,physicalfitness,specializedknowledgeandintegratedcommandofgeneralcourses.Themathematicalmodelofacademicrecordsassessmentwasestablishedtoassessstudents’oneabilityandallroundabilitiesofthe.Thestudycanshedlightonstudentscareerplanningandallrounddevelopmentandteacherscompetencybasedteaching.
