Abstract: ThroughtheanalysisoftheinfluenceoftopographicalterrainandcomplexlandformoftheplateauareasinsouthwestChinaandthatoftheestablishmentofthelocalcoordinatesystembasedonCGCS2000,thepaperusestheALOSWorld3D30mDSMdatatoobtainthelocalterrainandlandform,whichcancalculateandanalyzethecorrectionvalueoftheelevationofeachkilometer.TakingasanexampleacityinthenorthwestYunnanintheplateauareasofsouthwestChina,thepaperdiscussesontheselectionofthebestcentralmeridian,thecompensationelevationsurfaceandtheestablishmentofthelocalellipsoidofthelocalcoordinatesystemfortheplateau.Throughthecontrolpointsofthekeyrefinementareas,theestablishmentofthelocalcoordinatesystemfortheplateauisrealized,andtheanalysisandverificationofitsaccuracyarediscussedinthepaper.
