Abstract: Atpresent,thecollegeenterprisecooperationandindustryeducationintegrationaregivengreatweightbycollegesanduniversities,especiallythehighervocationalcollagesthatputvaluesontrainingskillsforstudents.ThecollegeenterprisecooperationonlogisticspecialtyinhighervocationalcollegesinYunnanprovinceisinthefaceofmanydifficulties,especiallyinsufficientpowerinlogisticsenterprises,resultinginahabitofbeingoutofsyncbetweencollegesandenterprises.Bytheinvestigationontheparticipationofenterprisesinthecooperationbetweencollegesandenterprises,thispaperrevealsthecausesoftheproblemsandputsforwardsomecountermeasuresofpromotingthecooperationbetweencollegesandenterprisesinordertoachieveawinwinsituation.
