Abstract:

In rainy season,the water content of blasting hole is serious in Manjiazhai mining area of Yunnan Hualian zinc indium Ltd. When using the finished emulsion explosive，the blasting cTuality is duced because borehole is not smooth and in case of structural plane deviation affects boreholes cavities and boreholes.  In order to solve the hole charge problem，through a lot of tests，explosives filled hole was solved by using the orange film bags of explosives and then take the hoisting method.  This method can improve the single hole charge，the blasting cTuality and excavator shovel loading efficiency.  Annual savings of two blasting cost is 1 .25 million.  At the same time，this method can also avoid the loss clue to residual propellant hole appears，reduce security risks.
