Abstract: CombiningthecurrentsituationofYunnanfarmingcultivatereform,thepaperanalysescountermeasuretothepersonneltrainingmodeundertheinfluenceofenterprisemanagementstructureandindustrialstructurechange,putsforwardtomovebackwardsthepersonneltrainingcenterofgravitywhichsupportsthedevelopmentofYunnanfarmingcultivateindustryandfocusonproductsprocessing,marketingandtechnicalandservicelevelinthecrucialhoursofcompanyreorganizationofenterprises,industrialchainshiftingbackwards.Highervocationalcollegesshouldstudytheirprofessionalstructureofthestatusquo,reviseandperfectprofessionalcourses,teachersandbaseconstructionschemetoadapttherequirementofpersonneltrainingunderadjustmentofindustrialstructure.
