Abstract: Thestandardizedmanagementinhighervocationalcollegesisnotonlythekeytotheirsustainabledevelopment,butalsoacrucialpartofreforminginhighervocationaleducation.Theclosecontactsbetweenhighervocationalcollegesandmarketeconomiesresultsinsomesimilaritiesbetweenthesetwoparties.Soitspracticaltolearntheperformancemanagementexperiencefromcertaineconomybodiesto promotestandardizedandsystematicmanagementandconsequentlytoimprovemanagementlevelandefficiencyinhighervocationalcolleges.Whileimplementingperformancemanagement,weshouldhighlighttheprocessmanagementandemphasizeontwowaycommunications.Intheprocessofimprovinginstitutionalbuilding,weshouldaccentuateapplyingtheperformancefeedbacksandevaluationresultsintothecycle,soastorealizethecontinuousimprovementofstaff’sperformancethroughperformancemanagement.
