Abstract: Sincecementconcreteroadisrigid,cementconcreteflexuralstrengthismuchsmallerthanthecompressivestrength.therefore,thedecisionofcementconcretestrengthoftheindicatorisflexuralstress.Whendesigningroadconcretemixture,weshouldbebasedonthedesignflexuralstrengthindexascalculationmethods.Thispaperdescribestheroadconcretemixdesignbasedontheflexuralstrengthindex.WecombinedpipeandroadsurfaceconcretemixdesignwiththeactualresultofhightechdevelopmentdistrictofKunming.SowethinkthewayofproducingroadCementConcretefeasibleandnecessaryaccordingtotheflexuralstrength.
