Abstract: Abstract:AFeZIF8catalystwassynthesizedforthetreatmentofdyewastewater.Itsstructurewaschar acterizedbyXraydiffractionandscanningelectronmicroscopy,anditsphotocatalyticeffectonmethylene bluesimulatedwastewaterwasstudied.Theeffectsofcatalystdosage,reactiontime,andpHonthedegra dationefficiencywereinvestigated.Theexperimentalresultsshowthatthesynthesizedcatalysthasagood photocatalyticeffectonmethylenebluesimulatedwastewater.Underexperimentalconditions,theoptimal amountofcatalystis150mg,andthebesteffectisachievedatapHof9.After3hoursofreaction,the degradationratecanreachabove9853%.Thecatalystutilizestheexcellentphysicochemicalpropertiesof metalorganicframeworksandhasgoodapplicationprospectsforthedegradationofdyewastewater.
