Abstract:
This paper introduces the design ideas, framework and software development method of theThird National Land Survey comprehensive management system in Yunnan Province. The system is basedon B/S structure, MVC framework , HTML5 language, CSS3 style , JavaScript and national encryption al-gorithm , integrates the PostgreSOL database support, and through the close integration of working units.supervision units,quality inspection units, quality inspection lead departments and management depart-ments in the Third National Land Surveying procedure to achieve the informationization of the managementand service.
