Teaching Exploration and Design of The Civil Code Education Integratedinto the Course of Ideological and Moral Cultivation and Legal Basis

Abstract: An effective way to strengthen the educaion of The Civil Code for teenagers is to integrate thebasic principles and innovative highlights of The Ciil Code into the course of ldeological and Moral Culti-vation and Legal Basis. When the two are integrated, we should adhere to the teaching purpose of therule of law education in the ideological and political theory course, optimize the teaching content based onlegal principles, and actively explore the combination of The Civil Code education , ideological and moraleducation, and constitutional spirit education. We should grasp the socialist legal system with Chinesecharacteristics and the rule of law sprit and focus on respecting, studying and abiding by the law.
