Abstract: Chinese non-ferrous metals enterprise is in the front rank of carbon emissions in China, whichis the key area to achieve the goal of carbon neutrality and carbon emission peaking. Under the back-ground of carbon neutrality and carbon emission peaking, this paper analyzes the problems of non-ferrousmetals enterprise (illustrated by the example of copper, aluminum, lead and zinc) in the green low-car-bon transformation, constructing a three-dimensional model of green transition , low-carbon transformationand value reconstruction.
