Abstract

Abstract: With the advance of the national “Belt and Road”project and the signing of the “ China-LaosEconomic Corridor”, the China-Laos railway began operation on December 3 , 2021. It is a new opportu-nity and challenge for enterprises in Yunnan Province. To keep up with the rapid development of the Chi.na-Laos economy, it is imperative for the enterprises to “ Go Clobal”and it is urgent to train some techni-cal talents in Lao language service. Based on the data of the “Professionals with Language Skills and Vocational Skills ”of China Railway Kunming Group, this paper analyzes and explores the Lao languagetraining mode for the staffs in the enterprises that are “ Going Global”.
