Abstract: With the continuous advancement of industrial structure adjustment in China, vocational edu-cation plays an increasingly important role in economic development and social production , and socialproduction brings forward higher requirements to talents. In the newly promulgated Vocational EducationLaw of the People's Republic of China, it is further emphasized to broaden the development path of vocational school students through various channels, and the coordinated development between secondary andhigher vocational colleges is one of the most conventional and effective ways. Therefore , through cooperation , secondary and higher vocational colleges in the same region can improve the quality of talent cultivation by perfecting the education system , optimizing talent cultivation objectives, improving the accuracyof professional convergence, improving the scientificity of curriculum convergence, strengthening themobility of teachers and smoothing recruitment channels.
