Abstract: Based on the analysis of the current situation of university data opening, this paper expoundsthe necessity of building a unifed data opening platform. Put forward to carry out full data governance.build a unified data open platform, complete the whole process of online management of data release, application, audit and use, and focus on the protection strategy to ensure data security in the constructionprocess. Finally, we share the achievements of the unified data open platform and summarize the next re-search work.
