Abstract: This paper presents a hardware design and software implementation of a multi-channel servocontroller based on RS422 bus and user-defined communication protocol. Through the PCA module ofC8051F340 MCU and the extension of 74HC595, the drive control of 13 steering gear is realized. Theupper computer can realize the remote control of a single actuator by sending the steering angle controlcommand to the controller. The system has the advantages of simple structure , low development cost,strong expansibility and good use value.
