Abstract: Classmanagementisthebasiclinkinstudentmanagementofvocationalcolleges,Buildinga goodlearningatmosphereandlearningatmosphereinclassisveryimportanttotheimprovementofclass memberslearningenthusiasmandgroupcohesion.Asaformalgroup,therearealsotemporaryorlong terminformalgroupsformedbydifferentreasonswithintheclassorganization.Understandingthecauses andcharacteristicsoftheformationoftheseinformalgroupsfromtheperspectiveofgrouppsychologyre search,solutionswouldbefoundoutbasedonunderstandingitsbackgroundandrules.Strengtheningthe positiveinfluenceofinformalgroupsinclassmanagement,weakeningoreliminatingtheirnegativeeffects isanimportantwaytoimprovethelevelofclassmanagementinvocationalcolleges.
