Abstract: Sharingofspatialdataisaninefficientanderrorproneprocess.whichisalsoeasytolosealargenumbervaluabledetailsandattributes.Therefore,researchingdataconversionfrom AutoCADtoArcGIStoensuremaximumdegreeofretentionspatialattributeandrationalutilizationmethodsoftheadvantageofAutoCADdatawhicharemostimportantforsharing,exchangeandanalysisofspatialdata.BasedonanalysisspatialdataformatpropertiesofAutoCADandArcGIS,ThispaperbrieflyintroducesspatialdataintegrationstatesofAutoCADMap3DandArcGIS,andcommonmethodsbasedAutoCADMap3DandArcGISwascomparedwithexperiment,whichrefersAutoCADdatatoArcGISspatialdataformatconversion.
