Abstract: Forstudents’statusofprofessionalteaching,thepapersmakesanewdefinitionforinteractionexpectationandpsychologicalcontractbetweenteachersandstudents;onthatbasis,frominteractionexpectationstatetotheevolutionofthepsychologicalcontractbetweenteachersandstudentsinprofessionalqualitytrainingasthemainline,analyzestheformationandimplementationmechanismofpsychologicalcontract.Finallytheconclusionisthroughthemutualexpectationstoguideandpromotetheformationofthepsychologicalcontracttoachievethedualfunctionofincentivesandconstraints.
