Abstract: Anewwholegradetechnologyofweakmagneticironseparationfloatationdesulphurizationti taniumfloatationwasputforwardtosolvetheproblemsofcomplicatedprocessandlowilmeniterecovery inPanzhihuaIronandSteelPlant.Thenewprocessissimpleandthetestindexissatisfying.Inanex periment,idealmineralindicatorsof474% titanium concentrategradeand458% titanium recovery weregot.Theexperimentshowedthatfactorsastitanomagnetite,grindingfinenessandpHvalueofpulp hadsignificantinfluenceonflotation.
