Abstract:

The Communist Party Building Leading the Communist Youth League Building is an importantpart of enterprise party building work and also a key task in promoting the construction of the CommunistYouth League. This article starts with the analysis of the curent research and work status of the Partybuilding and Youth League building in state-owned enterprises, and proposes a panoramic Pauty buildingand Youth League building work system (0CAMME) for state-owned enterprises. The system is a three-di-mensional working system addressing key elements including the object, content, objectives, methodsmechanism, and evaluations of the Party building and Youth League building. It clarifies the main focus,content, and guarantees of the work, as well as specific requirements and working methods of job evalua-tion, featured by systematicity, scientificalness, and effectiveness. This system can serve as a referenceand pormoted by other enterprises.
