Abstract: In this paper, using glucose as carbon source and 2, 4, 6 - triamino-pyrimidine as nitrogensource , nitrogen-doped graphene films were grown by vacuum annealing at high temperature, and variousphotoelectric properties of the grown nitrogen-doped graphene films were characterized. Raman character.ization confirmed that the film is a multilayer graphene film with certain defects but crystallinity is good.XPS characterization also confirmed that nitrogen was successfully doped into the graphene lattice structure and covalent bond, Through transmission electron microscopy , many quantum dots with diameters ol20 ~ 30 nm are attached to the surface of the film , and the film morphology is relatively dense. The UV.Vis absorption spectrum test confirmed that the absorption peak of the doped graphene film produced acertain degree of blue shift , and the overall absorption capacity of the film was enhanced after nitrogen doping.
