Abstract: Engineeringconsultingenterpriseisaknowledgeintensiveenterprisegatheredbyhighqualitytalents.Howtorealizethesharingandinnovationofenterpriseknowledgeisrelatedtowhethertheenterprisecanwininthefiercecompetition.Basedonthecurrentsituationofengineeringconsultingenterprises,thispaperputsforwardvariousknowledgemapmodelssuitableforenterprisesneedsandcharacteristics.TakingtwoengineeringcostconsultingenterprisesinYunnanprovinceastheresearchobjectandtheconstructionoftheprojectknowledgemapapplicationmodelasanexample,thispaperdiscussestheapplicabilitytoconstructknowledgemapofdifferentscalesofenterprises.Andthispaperalsosupportscertainreferencevaluefortheconstructionofknowledgemapoftheengineeringconsultingenterpriseandotherindustries.
