Abstract: Basedonthepaneldataof30provinces(municipalitiesandautonomousregions)inChinafrom1997to2011,empiricallyanalysisontherelationshipofshorttermandlongtermmarketizationofcommercialbankcreditallocationbetweenthedegreeofgrowthandconsumptionhasbeenmadethroughthepanelcointegrationanderrorcorrectionmodel.Ithasbeenprovedthatthereisalongtermstablerelationshipbetweenmarketizationofbankcreditallocationandconsumptiongrowth,thusimprovementofmarketizationofcommercialbankcreditallocationwillpromotegrowthinconsumption.Inashortterm,consumptiongrowthhasareversecorrectionmechanism.Whenconsumptionfluctuationdeviatesfromlongrunequilibrium,thatwillreturntoequilibriumbycorrectingnonequilibriumafteracertaintime.
