Abstract:

Vocational students of building decoration engineering technology grow to meet the industry demand for the high-level skilled workers.  Professional ability promotion is inevitable.  Four ways to improve the professional ability of the students in higher vocational college were found by the analysis of architectural decoration industry status and trends，and higher vocational students' academic.  They were the humanistic duality，aesthetic duality，professional skills and professional post ability training.  Higher vocational colleges should cultivate students’professional ability，strive to make their own overall duality optimization，increase the employment value the ability of sustainable development after employment.
