Abstract:
For the purposes of improving the precision of multi-axis machining. Firstly analysis of the root causes contour error of multi-axis machine tools. Building mathematical model and main influence factorn,providing a compensation algorithm and cross-compensation control strategy,as well as to study the method of selection of the best locations. By trajectory modeling to calculate error machine,and reduce errors. Finally,through the actual processing of data,for modeling error of multi-axis contouring error compensation technology of machine tool provides strong evidence for the effectiveness.
