Abstract:
Workershaveamuchstrongersenseofsafeguardingrightsalongwiththelaborlawsystemhasbeencontinuouslyimprovingandperfecting.Labormarkethasbecomeregularizedandnormalized.Acertaindegreeofillegalrecruitmenthasbeencontrolled,butthenumberoflabordisputeswhichareacceptedbyarbitrationinstitutionsisstillrisingsteadily.Fromtheviewofdisputesofinternalbodies’laboremploymentlawinjudicialpractice,combiningwiththespecificlegalprovisionsandusinglegaltheory,thispaperanalysestheinter-subjectiveoflaboragreementsoflegalrelation,andalsodiscussestheapplicationoflawofinternalbodies’laboremploymentforemployers.
