Research of Technology for Travel OD's obtainment Based on Mobile Positioning Data

Abstract: It has become one of the important basic data for intelligent transportation construction about how to get urban residents's travel OD.The traditional way of travel survey relies on manual operation mode,so there is a substantial limitation on the application. With the development of mobile communication technology, the obtainment of travel OD based on mobile positioning technology has become one of the hottest fields of intelligent transportation. On the basis of the mobile communication network andpositioning technology, travelers' historical mobilephone positioning data can be mined and finished. By probability and statistics for the sampling data, the locating cell with different probability can be extracted. It can be established travel OD matrix by the combination of K—OPSA algorithm to obtain the optimal trajectory and get travelers'trip starting and ending point.The experimental results show that this method can effectively get travelers'OD.
